General Questions
We teach primarily Chinese Martial Arts. There is a little bit of everything like Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu, Modern WuShu, Tai Chi, and Sanda/Sanshou (Kickboxing).
We are open 5:00pm - 9:00pm on Monday - Friday and 10:00am - 5:00pm on Saturdays for tours, classes, and open practice.

Absolutely. We’re a family friendly environment that does not tolerate harassment of any kind.
Yes, we plan and train for various local, state, and national competitions.
We accept students from age 5 and up.
Classes
Yes! We encourage people at all levels to come join. We have many different programs that branch out from our main curriculum, so there is a little of something for everyone.

Yes. Our sash order is White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Red, Purple, Brown, Golden Black.
We have set dates for quarterly testing for Kung Fu. There isn’t a set testing structure for our Kickboxing or Tai Chi course. Those are based on experience levels 1-5.
We start off with warm-ups and stretches, however we encourage students to come 15 minutes early to warm up and stretch a little bit by themselves. Then, we will work on basics like stretch kicks, stance transitions, different combinations of movements. The core of the class depends. We work on various skills like forms, jumps, sparring, self-defense applications, or review periods.
Performance
We offer Lion Dance, Dragon Ribbon, Dragon Dance, and KungFu/Wushu Performances.
We perform for Lunar New Years, Corporate events, Mid-Autumn Festivals, Schools, Birthday Parties, Weddings, etc.

A student can earn a spot on the performance team by meeting the following requirements:
  • You have to at least be a Green Sash or above in our main curriculum.
  • Be able to present 2 yellow sash and above forms, 1 jump, and be able to do basic spins or flowers of 1 weapon.
  • Kids must maintain a passing grade in all their classes in regular school. It is an additional time commitment so do not want them to fall behind.
  • Be able to follow strict rules, timing, and queues.
  • Be able to synchronize with other students.
