Lyman is a lifelong practitioner of martial arts. His background includes receiving a black belt in both Tae Kwon Do and Karate with
experiences in Brazilian JuJitsu, Judo, and Grappling before diving into learning Chinese martial arts. He studied at the Tagou School of
Wushu in Henan and is also a WuShu Athlete who has competed in local and international competitions winning several Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals.

Family friendly environment. The kids have a great time learning, becoming more discipline and at the same time having fun. It is a great balance between fun and hard work. Great developmental structure and set up for the children and their continuous growth in body and mind. My son has grown significantly and became more confident and disciplined.
I would highly recommend Phoenix Wellness Arts! The instructors are very caring, amazing role models, and push kids to do their best. Both coaches are phenomenal ! They know and understand how to teach, strengthen, and build each individual student, with programs that compliments their attributes. Both coaches come from traditional and contemporary (the best of both worlds) wushu background, traced directly from China. I love that because they understand the culture, they have the passion, and still retain the authenticity of what they teach. Highly recommend checking them out.
